Dr. Hazar conducts research in the field of movement and training science in the areas of training information, sport psychology, sport biology and sport physiology.

Rahmi Yıldız (1983, Sivas) is a physical education and sports teacher and academic. He completed his primary and secondary education in Sivas; he graduated from Kırşehir Gazi University, School of Physical Education and Sports in 2009. In 2011, he was appointed as a physical education teacher by the Ministry of National Education; his 14 years of service were spent in teaching in the 6th grade and in administrative duties in the 8th grade. He completed his master's degree at Sivas Cumhuriyet University in 2018 and his doctorate at Aksaray University in 2023. He joined the academic staff at Sivas Cumhuriyet University in 2014 and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Sports Sciences. Between 2021–2024, he served as the Sivas Provincial Representative of the Turkish Badminton Federation, and between 2023–2025, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Badminton Federation.
