The main purpose of this study is to determine the service quality perceptions of individuals who benefit from a public or private sports facility about the sports facility. A total of 205 individuals who were randomly selected among individuals receiving service from a public or private sports facility in Sivas and Kayseri provinces participated in the study voluntarily. The data collection tools used in the research are the 7-item "Personal Information Form" used to determine the socio-demographic information of the participants and the 22-item "Service Quality Scale" aiming to evaluate the service received from sports facilities. Statistical analyses of the data obtained were made with SPSS 25.0 package programme. Personal information about the candidates, inventory total scores and factor scores were given by determining frequency (f) and percentage (%) values. Independent T test was used for pairwise comparisons of the scores obtained from the scales, while F test was used for comparisons of three or more variables. HSD test statistics was also used in pairwise comparisons where significant differences were found as a result of the analyses. According to the results of the study, it was seen that the variables of age, gender and educational status of the individuals benefiting from the sports facility did not cause any significant difference in service quality perception. It was determined that there were relatively differences between service quality perception and the variables of type of sports facility (public/private) and duration of membership to the sports facility. It was determined that there were significant differences in the perception of service quality according to the frequency of doing sports (per week) and sports branches, individuals who used the facility 3-4 days a week had a higher perception of service quality than those who used the facility 1-2 days a week, and individuals who received service in pilates branch had a higher perception of service quality than those who received service in combat sports.
