Abstract
The Covid 19 pandemic, which was seen in Asia at the end of 2019 and affected the whole world in mid-2020, caused changes in all sectors that no one could have predicted and imagined. Lifestyles, ways of working, education and learning methods and exchanges have changed. Pandemic has experienced and continues to experience the effects of the psychological, economic and social destruction at the whole world. Sports sector, one of the biggest sectors of the economy, will perhaps go down in history as one of the most damaged sectors. For this reason, in order to overcome extraordinary situations such as pandemics with the least damage, it is necessary to take measures and plan solution proposals in accordance with the internal dynamics of the sports sector. This study was carried out in order to rewiev the events that occurred in the sports industry during the pandemic, to analyze the situation of the sports industry in extraordinary periods and to offer may out for the sector.
