BADMİNTONCULARDA İSKEMİK ÖNKOŞULLANMANIN YÜKSEK ŞİDDETLİ İNTERVAL PERFORMANSI VE TOPARLANMA ÜZERİNE ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract



Bu çalışmanın amacı iskemik ön koşullamanın (İsÖ) yüksek
şiddetli interval antrenmanı (YŞİA) ve toparlanma parametreleri üzerine
etkilerini incelemektir. Araştırmaya 16 iyi antrenmanlı badmintoncu (
erkek n= 10,
bayan n=6 yaş: 18.90 ± 0.99, 20.33 ± 1.75 yıl; boy: 176.50 ± 5.42, 159.33 ±
3.61 cm; vücut ağırlığı: 72.55 ± 7.93, 54.93 ± 4.53  kg; sistolik kan basıncı: 12.30 ± 1.15, 11.16
± 1.47 mmHg; diyastolik kan basıncı: 7.80 ± 1.22, 7,66 ± 0.81 mmHg) gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Katılımcıların
hepsi tüm denemeleri tamamlamıştır. Randomize çapraz (cross-over) tasarım
modeli kullanarak performans ve toparlanma parametreleri üzerine İsÖ’nün akut
etkisini belirlemek için kullanılmıştır. İsÖ,
3 set × 5 dk 220 mmHg
basınç ile her iki bacağa uygulanmıştır. Wingate stili yüksek şiddetli interval antrenmanı (YŞİA) kullanılmıştır.
YŞİA protokolü vücut ağırlığının % 7.5 yük ile bisiklet ergometresinde 30 sn
(all-out) şeklinde 3 set 4 dk ara ile uygulanmıştır. Her YŞİA tekrarında
Zirve
Güç (ZG), Ortalama Güç (OG) ve Yorgunluk İndeksi (Yİ) değerlendirilmiştir. Tüm antrenman öncesi;  dinlenik kalp atım hızı (KAH),  kan laktat konsantrasyonu (K[LAK]),
antrenman sonrası, 12. dk ve 30. dk KAH ve K[LAK] değerleri
kaydedilmiştir. Ölçümler arası 72 saat dinleme verilmiştir. İstatistiksel
analizler için Parametrik olmayan Wilcoxon Eşleştirilmiş İki Örnek Testi
kullanılmıştır. Tüm istatistiksel işlemler anlamlılık düzeyi p <0,05
düzeyinde kullanılarak işlenmiştir. IPC'nin ilk tekrar YŞİA performansının
Zirve Güç (p =0, 031), Ortalama Güç (p =0, 009) ve 12dk.  K[LAK] (p =0, 012) istatistiksel olarak
anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Diğer değişkenlerin üzerinde istatistiksel olarak
anlamlı etki bulunamamıştır (p> 0.05). IPC'nin etkisi % -6,5,% -5,8 ve% 24,5
idi. Bu sonuçlara göre, IPC uygulamalarının badminton oyuncularında
performansın arttırılması için etkili bir yöntem olmayabileceği
düşünülmektedir.
