Farklı İki Raket Sporunun Patlayıcı Güç Parametreleri Açısından Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Raket sporları içerisinde masa tenisi ve badminton sporları, çok erken yaşlardan başlayarak ileri yaşlara kadar herkes tarafından oynanan ve ilgi duyulan iki farklı sporlardır. Bu çalışmada, badminton ve masa tenisi sporlarının dört haftalık temel antrenmanları sonrası dikey sıçrama ve çeviklik parametreleri açısından karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya, Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinden badminton (n=15) için yaş ortalaması 18,53±,915 yıl olan ve masa tenisi (n=15) için yaş ortalaması 19,67±1,11 yıl olan toplam 30 gönüllü dahil edildi. Katılımcılar, badminton ve masa tenisi temel antrenmanlarını haftada 2 gün, günde 60 dakika olmak üzere toplamda 4 hafta uyguladı. Antrenmanlar öncesi ve sonrası dikey sıçrama ve T çeviklik testi uygulandı. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizleri "IBM SPSS 23.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA)" paket program kullanılarak yapıldı. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, farklı içeriklere sahip temel antrenman uygulamalarından sonra bağımlı grupların ön test-son test sonuçlarında dikey sıçrama ve çeviklik performansları açısından anlamlı farklılık tespit edildi (p<0.05). Ancak bağımsız grupların ön test-son test farklarının sonuçları incelendiğinde ise dikey sıçrama ve çeviklik parametrelerinde herhangi bir anlamlılık tespit edilemedi (p>0.05). Bu sonuçlara göre, her iki raket sporunda katılımcıların temel antrenman uygulamaları sonrası patlayıcı güç parametrelerinde gelişme gösterdiğini söyleyebiliriz. Diğer taraftan, iki grubun ön test-son test farklarının sonuçlarını karşılaştırdığımızda herhangi bir farklılık görülmemiştir. Başka bir deyişle, bu iki raket sporuna özel 4 haftalık temel antrenman uygulamalarının katılımcılarda gelişme sağladığını söyleyebiliriz. Ancak, badminton ve masa tenisi arasındaki farkları daha iyi analiz edebilmek için uzun süreli antrenman programlarının uygulanması önem arz etmektedir.
