Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2017-2018 sezonunda Türkiye Süper Ligi’nde mücadele eden takımların oyun içi değişkenlerini maç sonuçlarına göre analiz etmektir. Analiz 18 farklı takımın 612 karşılaşmasını içermektedir. Modelleme aşamasından önce, optimal değişkenlerin aday alt grubunu seçmek için Boruta algoritması ile özellik seçimi yapılmıştır. Özellik seçiminden sonra bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi modellemek için Multinomial Logistic Regression (MLR) kullanılmıştır. Özellik seçimi aşamasında, R Studio (Version 1.1.453) yazılımı ve Boruta paketi (Kursa and Rudnicki, 2010) kullanılmıştır. Modelleme aşamasında ise Windows için IBM SPSS Statistics (Version 24.0. Armonk, NY: IBM Corp.) yazılımı kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, kazanan takımların topa sahip olma yüzdesinin, maçın sonucunu belirleyen önemli faktörlerden olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte, atılan gol sayısı ve toplam şut değişkenlerinde de kazanan, berabere kalan ve kaybeden takımlar arasında anlamlı farklılık söz konusudur. Son olarak, isabetli pas yüzdesi ve saha değişkenleri de maç sonucunu etkileyen oyun içi değişkenlerdendir. Bu doğrultuda, antrenörler antrenman programlarını bu normatif verilere göre uyarlayabilir, taktiksel stratejiler düzenleyebilir veya geliştirebilirler.
