DAYANIKLILIK ANTRENMANLARININ GELİŞİM LİGİ FUTBOLCULARI ÜZERİNDEKİ FİZYOLOJİK ETKİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, gelişim liginde oynayan futbolcuların hazırlık döneminde planlanan antrenman programına ilave olarak uygulanan dayanıklılık antrenmanlarının, futbolcular üzerindeki fizyolojik yanıtlarını incelemektir. Araştırmaya, Erzurumspor FK takımından dayanıklılık antrenman grubu (DAG, n:15) ve normal antrenman grubu (NAG, n:15) olmak üzere 2 grup şeklinde toplam 30 futbolcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Futbolcular program öncesinde ve sonrasında vücut kompozisyon ölçümüne ve Yo-Yo 1 testine tabii tutulmuştur. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS v25 paket programı kullanılmış, verilerin normallik analizi için Shapiro-Wilks normallik analizi ve yapılan ölçümlerin zamana göre değerlendirmesini yapmak için tekrarlı ölçümlerde tek faktörlü ANOVA testi uygulanmış ve tüm analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak alınmıştır. Gruplar arası karşılaştırmada, futbolcuların koşu mesafesi, VO2max değeri, dinlenik kalp atım sayısı, yüklenmenin hemen sonrası, bir, üç ve beş dakika sonrası kalp atım sayıları değerlerinde DAG lehine anlamlı bir fark olduğu (p<0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak takım antrenmanına ilave olarak yapılan dayanıklılık antrenmanına katılan futbolcuların fizyolojik değerleri sadece takım antrenmanı yapan futbolculara göre daha fazla gelişim göstermiştir. Bu durumda; özellikle genç sporcularda sezon öncesi genel hazırlık ve devre arası dönemlerde dayanıklılık antrenmanlarına daha fazla yer verilmesi sporcunun dayanıklılık temel motorik özelliğine katkı sunacaktır. Tüm futbolculardaki bu gelişim takımın toplam koşu mesafesi üzerinde etkili olabilir.

INVESTIGATION OF THE PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF ENDURANCE TRAINING ON DEVELOPMENTAL LEAGUE FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the physiological responses of endurance training in addition to the planned training programme during the preparation period of football players playing in the developmental league. A total of 30 football players from Erzurumspor FK team, divided into 2 groups as endurance training group (DAG, n:15) and normal training group (NAG, n:15), participated in the study voluntarily. Footballers were subjected to body composition measurement and Yo-Yo 1 test before and after the programme. SPSS v25 package programme was used to analyse the data obtained. Shapiro-Wilks normality analysis was used for the normality analysis of the data and one-factor ANOVA test for repeated measures was applied to evaluate the measurements according to time. p<0.05 was taken as the significance level in all analyses. In the comparison between the groups, it was determined that there was a significant difference (p<0,05) in favour of DAG in running distance, VO2max value, resting heart rate, heart rate immediately after loading, one, three and five minutes after loading. As a result, the physiological values of the football players who performed endurance training in addition to team training showed more improvement than the football players who performed only team training. In this case, especially in young athletes, more endurance training in the pre-season general preparation and halftime periods will contribute to the endurance basic motoric feature of the athlete. This development in all footballers may be effective on the total running distance of the team.
